Cinnamon and Honey Combination – Works wonders for Health


The combination of Honey and Cinnamon has a number of health benefits which are given below for the benefit of general people.Honey is produced in most of the countries of the world. It is made by bees naturally in the forests or jungles but there are also Bee keeping farms where honey is produced. The combination of cinnamon and honey works wonders for many diseases and can be used without the fear of any side effect:

Science of today says that although the honey is sweet, when it is consumed in the right dosage as a medicine, it does not give harm to even diabetic patients.


The paste of honey and Cinnamon powder should be applied on the bread in the breakfast to keep heart healthy.It lowers the level of cholesterol in the arteries and prevents heart attack. As one ages the arteries and veins lose their elasticity and this combination keeps soft and flexible the arteries and the veins.

Helps cure ARTHRITIS:

Arthritis patients should take tea mixed with cinnamon powder and honey to cure the Arthritis, by this treatment even the chronic arthritis can be cured.


Two tablespoons of cinnamon powder with one teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water should be taken and it helps destroying the germs in the bladder.


Two tablespoons of honey mixed with  three teaspoons of Cinnamon Powder mixed in 16 ounces of tea water given to a cholesterol patient was found helpful to reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10 percent after two hours.

Treatment of COLDS:

Honey in lukewarm state with  1/4 spoon cinnamon powder should be taken for three days to cure the acute and chronic cold, cough and clear the sinus passages.

Helps to cure Bad STOMACH:

Honey mixed with cinnamon powder cures stomach pain and also clears and cures  stomach ulcers from its root.

Useful in treating GASTRIC ISSUES:

According to the studies completed in India and Japan, it has been proved that when Honey, taken with cinnamon powder relieves the stomach of gas problems.


Regular use of honey and cinnamon powder makes strong the immune system and enables the body to protect itself from virus attacks and from diseases.


Cinnamon powder mixed with two tablespoons of honey taken before the lunch or dinner resolves acidity and digestion issues.

Helpful as an Anti-Aging weapon:

Tea should be prepared  with honey and cinnamon powder mixture by adding boiling water and should be taken with intervals in a day to keep oneself young and a good performer in every field.


When there is a  tickle or irritation in throat, take one tablespoon of honey and sip slowly. Repeat the process every three hours until throat is clear.

Cure for PIMPLES:

A good agent to remove the pimples. Add three tablespoons of honey to one teaspoon of cinnamon powder paste. Apply the paste on the pimples before going to bed and wash it the next morning with warm water. When the process is repeated daily for two weeks, it removes all pimples.

Moreover it is useful for curing skin infections, obesity (tea of combination in boiling water should be used),  many types of cancers, hearing loss and bad breath problems.

    Cinnamon and honey are like two god-sent tasty foods that offer lots and lots of health benefits.
    Cinnamon also has a great influence on the way sugar is metabolized, preventing it to turn into fat and thus aiding weight loss. I often put a little bit of cinnamon in my coffee, sometimes even my tea, and it tastes and smells just delicious!
