No words can cover the importance of that city which our Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) loved the most. The city of our Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him). Madina is almost 500 Km away from Makkah. It is situated in Hijaz area in the West of Saudi Arabia. It is the capital of Province of Madina. Madina is best described as the home of our dearest Hazrat Muhammed (Peace be Upon Him) the last and most cherished and elevated prophet of Allah. Madina is the city which welcomed and greeted the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) and His followers and companions. Where Ansars and Muhajirs embraced with each other and entered into brotherhood. The natives (Ansars) were instructed by Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) to embrace the Muhajireen (emigrants from Makkah) as their brothers and help them in settling down. Upon Emigration to Madina, The Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) constructed the first masjid of Islam, The Mosque of Quba or Masjid e Quba on his arrival in Madina. The Holy Prophet (Peace Be upon Him) was riding on a female camel while entering in the city, every person was willing to host His stay in Madina, but Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) decided that He would stay there where her camel would stop and the camel stopped in front of the house of Hazrat Abu Ayyub Ansari (Razi Allah Tallah Anha) and so the matter of stay there was decided.

Madina is the city where the sacred mosque of Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) is located, which is called The Masjid e Nibvi and which is also the burial place and Roza Mubarik of the Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him). It is where the Riaz ul Jannah exists which is called the piece of land which will be lifted to the heavens on the day of judgment.
Madina is surrounded by the date farms. Date is the famous fruit of the city, Ajwa is the kind of date which was liked by Holy Prophet (Peace Be Upon Him) and was planted by Himself. Ajwa is said to have cure for the heart diseases.

Madinah exists in the north-western part of the Saudi Kingdom, towards the east of the Red Sea, which lies only 250 km away from it.  It has an area of about 50 square kilometers.

Al Madinah Al Munawwarah is an Oasis in the desert which is surrounded by the mountains from all sides. The old name of Madina is Yasrib.Water is in abundence in Al Madinah, its land is quite fertile with high and abundant production, there are natural roadways that connect Al Madinah with Najid Tuhamah and Al Hijaz,
