Barclays is a Britain based international financial institution. The bank is operational within 50 countries all over the world, and it has more than 48 million customers.
In 2010 the bank ranked as 10th largest financial services organization and 21th largest company according to ‘composite measure’ by one of the famous international magazine Forbes.
In December 2007, State bank of Pakistan issued Barclays a license to operate in the country, and the bank started its operations in Pakistan from July 2008.
Currently, the British based international bank has more than 15 branches in different cities of the country including, Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Mangla, Rawat and Akora Khattak.
Barclays Bank in Pakistan provides its customers different facilities such as retail banking, premier banking and cooperate banking.
